Another busy week, we welcomed a new member to our team, her nickname is Mod and she has had previous experience in Project Sales but is now looking forward to working in a different area of the Real Estate industry. She has had a great first week and I hope she will be able to soon help you in your pursuit to find a condo or house to rent or buy.

On Tuesday we had a lunch meeting with the Managing Director of Acute Realty at a wonderful Italian restaurant on Langsuan Road called 'No. 43 Italian Bistro'. The buffet lunch there is highly recommended and very reasonably priced, have a look at the reviews on TripAdvisor.

We have been working closely with Thaivisa Property over the last year and on Friday night they opened the Thaivisa Lounge Bar Sukhumvit Soi 7. This is the second of such bars after the first in Hua Hin. It was a fantastic evening which attracted nearly 200 Thaivisa.com readers and the drinks were flowing all night. The venue also serves as a restaurant, is a great place to network with other expats and the semi finals and final of this year's World Cup can be watched in a lively atmosphere.
